International exhibition of abstract cinema

    In 1951, the artist and film-maker Cobra, Jean Raine, organized an exhibition of Abstract Cinema in Liege, Belgium, which saw the participation of the masters of cinema in the 1920s and 30s – Léger, Duchamp, Dulac, Ernst, Veronesi, Len Lye, Richter, Henry Moore and others. Abstracta Exhibition is featuring 200 films from around the world.
